Kabam please help get rid of cheaters from the game

When alliances loose points for allegedly cheating why do leaders not get the information on who has allegedly cheated so they can remove the offenders and have an alliance that they trust not to cheat.

As from what I can see is that Kabam are happy for people to cheat and penalise people who don't cheat by docking points from the alliance.

This seems very counter productive and means that alliances cannot play well and get rewards, because if they do not know which (if any) player is causing a loss of points, which in turn means that they could loose points every season because there is no evidence of cheating, no one with an in-game ban of 3 days or more. Unless someone doesn't login for an extended period and in an active alliance it is easier to spot, however with constant wars there might be no downtime and no ban and the alliance could loose points again and again.

The community want a clean game hopefully Kabam does as well. Why not help the community by providing the information to alliance leaders so they can improve their alliance and the quality of fights.

The reason I bring this up as we lost position from league around 22.00 last night and at 14.09 the leader received an email message saying someone had account shared. If this is the case then a ban should be put in place against the player and the leader notified in the email who is the culprit.

However everyone has been active this morning so that would mean no one has been banned from points deduction. And could still play which means if anyone has cheated? again no way to prove this, as everyone has been able to login and play. It would mean that it could be a sour grapes complaint from an alliance that has been beat by us this season, if this is the case then it is poor sportsmanship from other alliances.

Without any proof it cannot be followed up on and acted on. This is detrimental to the game and the player base as a whole.

As alliances are getting no feedback to act on just means that they could be loosing points because there is no evidence to remove someone from an alliance.

Please help the community to help you clean up the game.

Hey there, while we understand where you're coming from, our privacy policy prevents us from discussing the details of individual accounts, including any actions that may have been taken on them. We can assure you though, that we do not take actions like this without verified proof and that, while a cheating report could open up an investigation, action wouldn't be taken unless the investigation turns up proof.
