Can I buy 3 tier2 mutant catalysts using units , wanted a deal for it

    Your only chance at that is if you pull a new 4* mutant champ the special deal for the rank up items for that champ may come up and be available for purchase.

    Randomly an offer for two will pop up after completing the daily quest. So would run it over and over on Mondays.
