AW Tier 1 Multiplier Bug

So I check my alliance’s ranking today and we are in master rank with tier 1 but it shows multiplier by 6.2 instead of 7. Is that a bug or I’m missing something???!!

It shows only Tier 1 because your Opponent is in Tier 1 (you are playing on Tier 1 map this war, its the same like Tier 2-3), you are Tier 2 because your war Rating isn‘t high enought for Tier 1. After the war it Shows Tier 2, your right Tier
