Wolverine exclusion

Why is Wolverine (and a few others) excluded from the Grandmaster and Uncanny X-Men Crystals? Why list him then to add at the end he's excluded. Having a chance at him would be the only reason I buy the crystal.

    Becasse the 4 star version is ther but not the 5 star

    But at this point in the game, and especially with Variant and Act 6, why not go ahead and add 5* Wolverine? Or at very least they could add it to the Cavalier crystals for those that can complete 6.1, it would be a help for the future chapters, especially since 4*’s are banned. Same for Thor and Scarlet Witch.
