Banned Account for no reason whatsoever

I'd like to know why my account was banned. I contacted Kabam support and they informed me that it wasn't just me, that it was a large number and growing of players accounts being banned. They said they are investigating this issue. I am in the middle of Alliance Quest and also Placement Phase is almost over for Alliance War. I would like an explanation as to why this has happened and what is going to be done about it in the future if something like this ever happens again. Patiently waiting because that's all I can do since last night at 6:30 est.
