Act 6 completion rewards missing

in Bugs and Known Issues
I completed act 6 and became cavalier but didn’t get the reward for the completion...ie the rank up gem and shards. Any insight ?

    As Demitri said, restart the game. They should be in you Inventory.

    I have restarted the app and no change

    I uninstalled and reinstallled and that seemed to fix it.
