Are we allowed to use NVIDIA Shield Pro 4K Streaming Android TV Box

I have a NVIDIA Shield tablet and was thinking about getting the Streaming Android Box which I could stream my game from my tablet onto my TV with. Would this be allowed? Or is this ban worthy?
