Not getting anything to claim in mails

I have not claimed anything from the email and only opened it. It's the same with my partners account. She got top percentage in spider hero use and nothing to claim in her emails... is there a certain reason for this or is being claimed automatically (saying that I didn't see any changes in crystal shards or anything)

    That has happened to me before, and they were sitting in the rewards stash.
