Need advice on best science rank up

So I got a science rank up gem (3 to 4) from completing Variant. Who should I take to r4? My current favorites are Gulk and CapIW. I found Gulk extremely valuable in Variant chapter3 in particular against the last Ultron boss. Not sure how useful CapIW would be in that particular fight. This will be my first r4 science so it's a big deal. Usefulness in end game content like Variant and Act6 is my main concern. All my science champs are shown below. Any advice are highly welcomed.
