Unit Deal Not Showing Up

My friend had a unit deal show up, which was something like 32 euro for an Tony Stark Briefcase + 300 units (~1150 units). Wanted to buy this, but it won't show up in my unit store. I updated the app, tried restarting, etc, but it won't show up.

Does anyone know what's up?
