Looking for good AQ rewards

9300+ prestige, just missed AW season rewards cutoff by having to take a 2 week, work related hiatus. I have little map 6 experience, but am skilled and learn quickly. I have 0 map 7 experience, and don't really have the schedule to keep up there. I check in every 3-5 hours unless I'm sleeping.
