Need help about account email change

my friend isn't using forums so I will speak for him, so here is the situation:
We wanted to change the email on his account since that email is was his work email address, and he doesn't work on that job anymore. We submitted the ticket about the account change and sent the all 5 answers for the verification process. But kabam support is telling us that one question is incorrect, but they're not telling us which one. Since we checked first in-game purchases dates and everything else we 100% know that:
Purchases dates are correct
Account creation location is correct
Original name is correct
And current email address is correct

We only aren't sure about account creation date, so kabam support told us to check the archivements in the playstore, we did that and sent the the exact date of the fisrt archivement, but support keep telling us that something is wrong and they're closing ticket, we tried few times, even tried other date (day before first achievement) but they're keep telling us that something is wrong. What should we do? We need advice

    Your friend needs to contact Support themselves via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game, from there they can scroll to select Support. Or they can go to this link: http://kabam.force.com/PKB/KbContactUsForm
