Act6 rank up offer

I just want to know that the rank up offer many of us found that after completion of act6 will be given after exploration or not. Because the first some guys didn't know about that but after that now all knew about that so it will be an easy choice for them to avail that offer who still didn't complete the act6. I will be thankful if this will be given to us after exploration also for once @Kabam Rose @Kabam Miike @Kabam Lyra
