I just got him. No clue how good he is. Looks like he has alright potential but I’m not sure.

1. Is he good?
2. Does he need to be duped?
3. If yes, how does one use him?
4. What synergies does he need/are good for him?

He is a great defender. Duped helps alot. I don't have him but from the research ive done on champions thats what ive gathered
