    Ability accuracy reduction:
    Xbones, Black Widow, Archangel, Blade (with GR/Dorm/Meph synergies against Villains/Mystics)

    Any regen champ

    Big DOT champs will need fewer hits = less damage taken.

    Crossbones is the perfect counter, since he never crits.

    Rogue is an effective counter too - steal the Physical Resistance buff; then as long as she holds it, it won't activate again.

    Since Rogue works, Mephisto may be able to bypass it by spamming SP1; although will run out of souls fast. This is hypothetical btw: haven't actually tried him.

    CB is hands down the best counter. Other than him, my MVPs were Archangel and Elektra.
