"Help 4" doesn't work

"Help 4" function sends only one help instead of 4.

    This happens all the time and has been going on for years. They won't fix it. Close out of the help screen and go somewhere else. When you go back to help it is usually back to normal.

    Ya thanks, tried again just moment ago and it worked fine this time
