There are definitely marked advantages to being "Proven" or "Conqueror", and especially "Uncollected" (and now "Cavalier"...)
What if you allowed players who have earned those badges to obtain a higher level cap than 60?
Cap the max level at 50, and make earning a SQ Completion badge a +10 level cap beginning at completion of Act 4.
So Summoners who have earned Conqueror would be capped at level 60
Uncollected would be 70
Cavalier would be 80... etc.
That way, the people exploring the upper levels of the game would have milestones to shoot for (higher level caps) that would allow them more exciting milestones to shoot for (mastery points)...
Plus, those "+40% XP" rewards would no longer be useless to a large percentage of your players.
