Need a BG for gold 1 ally

Due to a few members leaving for retirement. And others being dead weight. We would need 7 members. Maybe a whole BG. We finished gold 1 last season. And are struggling to hang on to gold 1 this season due to the dead weight and the schedule of season 8. Rank 2 gold 2 atm.
