Being uncollected

I’m only wondering this because my alliance just brought it up to me . So I was uncollected way before Christmas of this year and I guess for Christmas we had a gift where we got sent a 5 * gem at the time I wasn’t playing I was upset wit the cams I never claimed a 5* gem or used a 5* gem in my career the 6 dupes I have are crystal related , is there anyway I could be compensated or is it way too late and I should go back to grinding

    Unfortunately I did same, I put down the game in a failed attempt to quit and didn't log in for most of December. We both just picked a bad time to stop playing lol
