I have him at R5 and honestly I don't use him as much as I thought I would. I have a R5 Void also and use him for almost everything, that said Sparks is awesome. He just over powers things. His taunt is very valuable. Sparks doesn't need a high sig, anything over 40 or 60 will suffice. If my Void can't kill it then Sparks will unless you need immunities.
I have 5/65 Stark at sig 100. I made a goal of getting the full 5/65 trinity. Blade is the last one going up next month.
Overall, I use Ghost Rider for the majority of content because his kit is really safe, forgiving, and flexible. It allows me to keep Stark at full health till he’s absolutely needed. Playing Stark isn’t my favorite, but he definitely has a purpose as a high damage power controller.
I don’t regret ranking him up, I just don’t like glass cannons. Thankfully the trinity has two regen champs. When I need Stark, I am very glad to have him. For example, I wouldn’t have been able to get through 6.1.5 Crossbones without his burst. Even though it took a few revives, he got me through it through raw damage.
I how both 4 and 5star Spider-man (SE) and they are useless to me that why I haven't taken them past rank 1
Definitely useless to you if you don't rank and learn how to use him. You say that you haven't ranked him because he is useless to you but it's really the other way around. Every champ in the game would be useless to you if you didn't rank them past rank 1 and didn't learn to use them.
I was considering taking my 4/55 sig 160 Sparky to r5. Then I tried using him against node 28 r5 max sig Sabretooth in tier 1 war. I used a 30% champion's boost and Sparky wasn't able to get Sabretooth under 20-25% health. Now I'm saving to r5 Ghost or Darkhawk over Sparky.
I use Spidey for everything. He’s crazy good. Got me through RTTL, Act 5 exploration, two paths of LOL, all of Variant ch. 2, numerous special events, every single UC EQ, and he farms WS exceptionally well....
He makes every aspect of the game easier. Pop a couple boosts, grab a couple synergies, and he can take like 75% of the entire game on his own.
No offense, but if he is useless to you, then you are doing something significantly wrong.
