Spidergwen spider sense

I have a quick question about SG's spider sense. As listed in her abilities, it says that she will gain an additional 3 spider sense charges when facing a champ of the "superior class". I'm assuming this means when fighting a skill champ, but have yet to start a fight with 3 additional charges no matter what class I'm facing. I've been using her a lot on my questing team and have yet to start any fight with 4 charges. Am I missing something?

    Superior class = Universal Class. Maestro, collector, Infinity Thanos, etc
