6.1.6 Buffed Up & Passive Buffs

Looks like passive buffs don’t count towards the min of 3 required for buffed up node to allow damage to be dealt. Is this expected?

Tested with Heimdal + Angela + Magik + CaptIW, after a heavy no damage was dealt

    Passive abilities are not buffs.
    Buffs are active abilities.


    Working as intended.

    It also looks like AA ability reduction doesn’t work with 4 nerotoxins applied

    True but would prefer to avoid throwing revives at him as he nullifies buffs
