The game experienced a brief connectivity issue this morning. The team promptly fixed the issue and things are back to normal, thank you to everyone who passed along reports!

Lack of Common Sense from Kabam.

So I wanted to unlink one of my phones since I'm selling it off, and I asked kabam to do so. In return I was asked to verify my first two purchases which is more than 4 years back. Apple's purchase history does not show information of more than 90 days. Anyone know how else am I supposed to get this information and according to Kabam this is the only way to verify (DUMB).

Suggest and Help please.

(P.S. I changed my bank couple of years back.)

You could make a couple small 99 cent purchases and use those to verify.

@KinkyWizard1 are you sure reset would work?

I think so. Should be an option to wipe the phone in settings.

Restore to factory settings. Google to find the method for your device.

You don't need to unlink it. Just factory reset it. I switch phones every 6 months.

I did a factory reset on my phone last week because it wasn't working right and Google recommended a reset to see if an app was causing the issues.
When I reinstalled mcoc I was already logged in so a factory reset won't work.

I guess it might work if the phone isn't logged into a Google account?

Normally, on a iPhone you could just reset everything as I did multiple times over. So, the problem could be that your phone is an android
