5* Masacre PI

So I recently ranked up my 5* Masacre to r3/45 and I was watching Seatin's video and saw the difference between our PI. Just want to know why. Is it because of the mastery setup?

    Its masteries. I got deep wounds maxed and my rank 3 is about 30 points different t from seatin's.

    The PI of your R3 Masacre is nearly identical to the PI of my R2 Masacre. You should probably work on your masteries. No, I don't run suicides.
