Dungeon Unfair Pairing

Greetings everyone!
I've been playing dungeons for months now and I've been experiencing many issues in this game mode. This seriously pissed me off and made me more stressed about this game. Most of the time when I got paired with a random summoner, he/she either stays afk, dies all the time, doesn't match my team rating, or doesn't meet the requirements in order to join the dungeon. I've seen too much of this blatant issue and I hope they will fox this soon. I hope some youtubers see this and address this. Here are some pictures proving this issue. I really suggest them by pairing us with people who have similar team ratings.
