Balancing t4cc rewards

I have way too much t4cc without a requisite amount of gold and ISO to be able to exchange them. As a player I am way more interested in rarer items like t5b and t2A. However, always being behind on gold and ISO makes it harder for me to want to purchase packages which include items such as t2A and t5b. If I could sell t4cc for gold, or gold and ISO, I think I would be more inclined to spend on rank up offers.
