auto selected max units

in Bugs and Known Issues
hi not sure if this is a bug however when I went to donate my weekly 3000 loyalty chips my broken phone some how auto selected all of my units and spent them on loyalty and auto donated, i find i stange that it selected all of them and feel there should be a confim decision button like when entering into war and aq that locks champs you could oppt to turn this feature off, i sent a ticket to the support team whi said its colsed and there not helping advising to send another ticket, i had over 1500 units not sure exactly how many and am part way theough an act 5 quest i need my units for potentially i cant remember the last time i was at 0 units since i started playing, what can i do to resolve this please?

    There generally is a confirmation screen for donations, though I think you can disable it manually. Maybe you did that a while back and forgot about it.

    In any case, the forums won't be able to provide any help. Submit a ticket to support. Hit the gear in the upper left and scroll to the bottom. Follow the prompts.
