Unduped Ghost Rider rank 4 or unduped Magik rank 3?

Hey,

I’ve been planning to make ghost rider my first ever rank 4 champ but t4 mystic hasn’t really been coming my way (I’ve been overflowing on cosmic and mutant though, and the game loves to keep giving me them even though I haven’t got any good champs of those classes besides magneto and cyclops haha).
I’m quite close to my fourth t4 mystic but the dilemma I have now is that I just pulled a Magik so now I’m not sure if I should take her to rank 3 and eventually 4 (when I eventually build back up my t4cc and gold supply) or do I take ghost rider to rank 4?
Is the jump between rank 3 and 4 noticeable?

Some background info: I also have duped Magik maxed out as a 4* but I do enjoy playing her and know she’ll be even better as a rank 4, I also have duped blade maxed as a 4*, so my ghost rider pairs with blade for aw. I’m uncollected, working my way through 100% master eq every month and the the first 2, sometimes all, chapters of the uc eq and I’m working through act 5.4.
