King Groot bug?

King Groot abilities says that each time he receives a debuff, he shrugs it off at the cost 1 fury charge, right?
Well, poision paths are a debuff and King Groot can't shrugs it off that poision.

Yeah, I saw that poison appears slightly before than fury. So it can't be purified.
