Angela Dungeon Bug?

This is the second time this has happened for me, when using an even combo with doctor voodoo's special 1 it fails to nullify her buffs. I've only seen this happen in dungeons when she's the mini boss

Angelas sig ability gives her a chance (the more buffs on her the higher the chance) to prevent nullify.
