Sentinel's sp1 is no longer punishable

Prior to this new update and since the release of sentinel, you could retaliate after sentinel fired his sp1, now he recovers fast enough to block it or even intercept you.

Please fix this asap since 2 sentinels are key fights in act 6.1.
