Can the rewards across the board match a players level?

You already started to do this, isn't it time for all rewards to match players levels. There's not alot I can do with some of the rewards besides sale them or use them for the item alliance event.
The rewards are dated please update them. I'm on the Cavaliers level. Anything that is not getting or upgrading 5 and 6 star doesn't really help. Besides that the only thing that's is useful is duplicating a 4-star champ, and that's only for the iso that I can sell for gold and 5star shards.
