Upgrade Dilemma

I'm a level 31 player. I have started getting some good 4 stars currently. I'm wondering if I should focus on upgrading my 4 stars or invest in 3 stars for the 3 star basic arena. (As I need a good amount of high PI 3 star champions to keep the infinite streak going)

Don't invest much in 3*. You should look beyond arena. 4* will get you through quests & wars. With act6 up, 4* are also not much preferable .

As an end-game player, do not put anything into 3 stars unless you have resource expiring. Concentrate on those 4*'s and then 5*'s as you get them there will be a time.... sooner than you might think.... that you will not use any of your 3 star champs.
