Miike's comment:
Nobody should be able to reduce Mordo's Ability Accuracy, and that should include Sabretooth. This was definitely a bug that was fixed, and I think it was due to the improvements made to the consistency of Abilities triggering.

Miike, I'm sorry, but you are 100% wrong.

Abilities in question:

Mordo is immune from passive ability reduction. No Mercy is active. In fact, in Mordo's description it says that astral evade will not trigger if there is an AAR debuff such as concussion. When a stun is applied with No Mercy it is a debuff thus granting the synergy bonus.

This isn't a "bug" that was fixed as the synergy bonus is still applicable. This is a frame rate issue that prevents ST from attacking within .7s after the stun; thus, preventing the synergy bonus from happening.

Again video evidence here:

If you want to change No Mercy from bypassing astral evade... fine. But, don't tell us it's a "bug" when it's clearly not and actually goes against the abilities' descriptions.

The only "bug" is the frame rate that prevents ST from immediately attacking after a stun.

This is a legitimate issue and shouldn't be dismissed with an incorrect explanation and a thread close.

No mercy is not active, it is passive. Or is there some active "no mercy"-debuff?

No Mercy is active since it has to be applied. Something like assassin is passive since it can proc without application.

So there is an active debuff that gets applied...? It is a passive ability that triggers when you inflict a debuff on the opponent.

It shouldn't bypass astral evade. It's basically the same as elektras aar, which is also passive.
No Mercy essentially turns any debuff into a 100% concussion. The No Mercy debuff is the debuff applied. From the description, Mordo's astral evade should not trigger when active AAR is applied like concussion.

Its a passive ability while the stun debuff is on the enemy ...
The ability doesn't come from the stun, so it isn't active

What...? No, it doesn't. It simply reduces the ability accuracy by 100%, which happens passively.

Applying a debuff triggers the passive aar. Nothing turns anything into anything.

Again, it's just like elektras aar just on a timer.
No, it's not. And, I said "essentially" not that it turned into something else.

No Mercy is active as it is activated upon application.

Further proof? Masochism does not proc on Mordo with No Mercy. If what you said is true, then it shouldn't bypass masochism either.

They said they will be giving rank down tickets only when characters are nerfed, so every nerf is called "bug fix" now
