Stun or input lag issue

I'm not really sure which but i noticed this in two different scenarios. Both of this happened multiple multiple times throughout act 6 and on nodes without limber.
-ultron's sp1 stun. You used to be able to fit 2x 5-hit combos, now you can't.
-parry, mlm, parry to avoid evades. This used to be a reliable way to about evade. Now the third hit is right outside of the stun timer. Even mll is a coin flip as to whether you'll land during the stun timer or not.
