Bugged Emma Frost damage?

Has anyone else noticed that Emma's sp 2 can't crit for higher than 18.7k? I've seen some say that her PI jumped, but that didn't happen to me. I have her at r4 as a 5 star and she can't seem to crit higher than around 18k. It sucks because I'm really trying to fully explore act 5 and I need her at full potential of the character

I'm using Samsung Galaxy s8
Android system 8.0
Have only used this on WiFi
Cell phone carrier is Verizon
Newest version of the game
