x23 sp1 also has a longer then usual un attackable phase.

in Bugs and Known Issues
I know the sp2 is already listed in the known bugs section, but the sp1 is also suffering the same issue in that after x23 fires off a sp1 she can't be hit for much longer then it should be intended, which is causing a lot of miss action when going in to punish.

@Kabam Miike can this also be added to the list.
