Modify prestige for Alliance Quest Rewards.

So I have the skill and also and willing to pay the donations to run five days of map seven. But because my Prestige is only 8300 none of the map 7 alliances really want me. I think this is a flaw in the system.

Maybe we can modify how much Prestige really weighs when determining Alliance Quest Rewards.
