Is Quake Bugged or is it something else?

Hi there just wanted to know I’d Quake is bugged or something else because I just noticed when I was fighting electro after 2 cycles of her concussion I noticed her damage started scaling down all the way to literally nothing with every heavy I was using she was doing 0 damage then when the concussion came no stuns no damage plus she wasn’t evading at all I’m not that good of a Quake player but someone in my alliance uses her well and experienced this when fighting Johnny storm tested Quake with other champs and same problem. I just wanna know if anyone else experienced this at all after this new update?
