How do we check on the status of a ticket?

After this most recent update, I filed a ticket with Kabam Support to report the issue with Domino and Red Hulk synergy. After filling out the ticket, I received a followup email the next day. I replied, answering all of the questions and attaching video evidence. A day later, I received another email from Kabam support that stated that they were awaiting my reply. I re-sent my reply, ensuring that the video was still attached. No word since then.
If a summoner has an issue that they need resolved (in this case, my brand new 6* R2 champion having her main synergy crippled), how do we check on its status?

The issue with relation to the Domino and Red Hulk synergy is a Known Issue that we are still working to address. We'll be posting any updates on status there.
