Rank Up Dilemma

Just need some quick advice on this. I have enough resources for just one rank up (need gold mostly and won't have enough basic catalysts for others) who would be the better investment? To rank up? Or should I just save the resources to continue to level up champs? Any and all help would be appreciated!!

Currently champs are at the following rank:

Massacre: R2
Corvus: R4
Sentinel(5*): R1
Medusa: R1
Ghost: R3
Iceman: R3
Sabretooth: R2
Scarlet Witch:R2

Need leveling:
Gwenpool
Ghost Rider
Emma Frost
Symbiote Supreme
