AI firing special attcks midway through my combo

So this has been happening a lot today. I am in the process of exploring 5.3 and I’m fighting 5.3.3 skill path where the defender deals more special damage with every 10 seconds passed in the fight.
Fast forward to the bug - I am fighting falcon. His sp1 is annoying to dodge. So he is almost two bars full- just needs a few more blocked hits and I can push him to sp2 which is easy to dodge. So he is blocking and I’m hitting him, 2 hits in ( 1 medium and 1 light ) he fires off his sp1 and boom I’m dead
This happened with other fights as well, I was fighting mordo in 5.3.1 while he was holding block, I hit him a couple times and he fired off his sp1 midway through my combo.
Why is this not mentioned in the “22.1 known issues”?
This is easy to replicate, go fight a high hp champ and hit him when he is blocking and has one or two bars of power, he will fire off his specials midway through your combo

Sentinel still bugged btw. Can’t punish his sp1 predictably.
