He’s already the most effective champ in the game

Cyclops and along with him about atleast 50+ champs that dont do anything or are very underwhelming or does 1 specific thing thats been over shadowed by most champs release after mid '17! So yeh except for handful of few from '15,'16'&'17 all needs some kind of update!! Juggernaut used to be a great defender now he doesnt have a single thing,! Unstoppable thats like now a common basic ability of any new champ!
