New Cap Marvel seemed to me to be what Phoenix should of been -- and now with Human Torch out it seems they both are more along the lines of what Phoenix needs to be.
I liked Phoenix when she released but she is definitly lack luster and tedious to use. Esp her regen.
She and Hulkbuster should eventually be reworked
