Like Cage indestructible not triggering

Just going through a push for uncollected and Luke Cage ain’t doing his thang when hit for the first time in a fight, and it’s a pain because these guys hit hard. Anyone know why? Can’t see any node or reason saying why it isn’t working. All answers appreciated 💠☑️
