Game won't install updates on android

Hi guys so for the past 2-3 months I've noticed each time I have a update available for MCOC the update will continuously download but won't install update even though it uses my data. So I have to uninstall the game to re install it using 800mb of data every time they is a update, every other game/app downloads & installs fine, anyone else having this problem? I'm on android btw. Thanks.

That's strange. Either you haven't given the App Permissions, or it keeps clearing the Cache with an Optimizer. That's my guess.

Haven't got an option to give it permissions to anything & it won't let me either what's an optimizer? If it's to clear cache I have cache cleaner in settings

There was a previous issue that continued to redownload because Optimizers like CC Cleaner automatically cleared the Cache. Check under Settings>Apps>App Permissions.

Sounds to me like the App doesn't have permission to install Updates. It's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

I had this problem too. What worked for me is restarting my device after I knew I had enough space. After it restarted, the update downloaded automatically. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, memory should be fine I have 16gb available. Just moved it from SD card to internal storage as I only have a small amount of memory on my SD card so maybe that has been the problem.
