New Bug after recent patch

Hi everyone ... I found a issue today which I'm not sure was there before the patch ... X-23 has been in my roster for a long time and I use her all the time as she is my only 5 star ... The entire day I couldn't help but notice her bleed doesn't trigger anymore , like I fought many times with her today but the bleed hardly went off... Please advice of I'm the only one experiencing this ...

    hopefully you didn't fight bleed immune champs and bleed immune nodes. Otherwise it looks like an issue.

    Wasn't against bleed immune champs
    Was against a whole range
