Wasp Stun not triggering

People who have ever played Wasp should know that heavy attacking after a light attack triggers a passive stun on the opponent. However, I have found after the last update, that this stun does not consistently trigger. It used to trigger 100% of the time, so I am wondering was this change intentional, or is it a bug. I play on an android 7.0 from 2018.
