    Probably not for a long while I think. Not until 6.4 is released and people already have 1-2 formed T5CC. Some people are sitting on hordes of T4CC crystals (myself included) that it wouldn’t be fair just yet. I do hope it’s soon though as it would solve the “resource imbalance” some people have with T4CC.

    But it shouldn't matter, as I would think that the true gating factor for an R3 is the 4 t5b required. Can only hold so many t5b in stash, and there are no crystals to hoard these (except maybe map 7, which just came out).

    So even when they allow selling, it will create a lot of t5cc, but will not result in a flood of r3, just one or two per person that has hoarded.

    Also, I'm guessing that 6.2 will be scaled up such that an R3 would help but not completely run through it. So I expect to see t5cc really become available with the release of 6.2
