AQ Map 5 mutant sentinel bleed issue

Hi
during this last week i experienced that when i had 2 bleed applied on me by the mutant sentinels
there was a tick that costed me like 10% of hp (with a 6* Hood)
as i saw it was when one of the bleeding expired
any idea?
the bleeding by itself didnt cost me that much hp
